Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch same day if ordered before 2pm (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after this will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the following day, orders placed before 10am Saturday will be dispatch Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
All of the above couriers do not deliver on Bank holidays, Christmas, New Years Eve or Easter. We therefore kindly ask that you plan for these events accordingly to avoid your order not arriving in time.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Lost parcel/Non-delivery procedure
If your order is missing, marked as delivered but not received, or delivered to the wrong location and cannot be retrieved, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact us immediately once you realise your parcel is missing.
2. We will initiate an investigation with the courier to trace the parcel. Depending on the courier, this process can take between 2 to 14 working days.
3. After the investigation is complete, we will inform you of the outcome and, if eligible, offer a refund or replacement.
Please note: We are unable to issue refunds or replacements until the courier's investigation is concluded.
Returns
If you have received something in error, or your order has arrived broken or defective please get in touch prior to returning the item(s).
If you've simply changed your mind or no longer require your order, please follow these recommended guidelines:
- Ensure the address label is clearly displayed with sender information so we can correctly identify your order, use the delivery name on your initial order
- Include any paperwork initially received; manuals/instruction booklets etc. within the package
- Protect items from damage whilst in transit
- Send via a tracked service
Returns are processed within 14 working days from the date the parcel is delivered back to us.

Change of address
If you need to change your address after ordering, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to facilitate the request. If the order has been dispatched with the incorrect address we will do our best to help you recover the parcel, however it is ultimately the buyer's responsibility to ensure their delivery address is correct.
