A choice of 1 or 2 wheels, with or without a brake or a set of 4 wheels consisting of 2 of each type. Each wheel features a heavy duty, blue rubber wheel of 100mm diameter and 36mm width running on a axial needle roller bearing. The safe working load of each wheel is rated at 80kg. The castor has a height of 122mm when measured from the bottom of the wheel to the top of the swivel bearing. The wheel rotates through 360 degrees by way of a ball bearing assembly with a centre hole for mounting using a 12mm bolt. All metal parts are plated to avoid corrosion and are of a thick, pressed steel construction. Typical applications would include equipment trolleys, light machinery, Television/Studio equipment, Cabinets, Exhibition displays, Tool Storage......

Calculating your safe working load.

Take the weight of the load to be carried in kilograms and divide by the number of castors being used less one (Even on a flat surface it is unlikely all 4 castors will share the load equally so load calculations are made using 3 as a factor of safety).

Therefore if the load equals 200Kgs (440lbs) dividing this number by 3 = 66.66.

This means each castor wheel should be able to accommodate a load of 66.66Kg
